Young at Heart

The Young at Heart ministry is designed for Senior Adults who are 55 years and wiser. The prayer and mission of this group is to minister to those 55 and wiser through ministries and activities that foster spiritual growth in the areas of fellowship, missions and outreach.

The Young at Heart ministry meets monthly to pray and go before the Lord to seek His will for this group in ministry and in fellowship.

 

Other regularly scheduled events include:

 

Heartland Mission-The second Tuesday of each month the Young at Heart travel to Heartland Nursing Home to visit, sing and study the Bible with the residents of Heartland.

 

Ashley Park Ministry-The second Thursday of each month a loving group from Northbridge goes to Ashley Park Retirement Center where the provide fellowship, music and a message that makes for an uplifting worship session.

 

Driftwood Nursing Home-This event meets the second Sunday of each month.

 

Game Night-The last Friday of each month the Young at Heart invade the Fellowship Hall with their favorite games and snacks!  Everyone is welcome to join in a hand of cribbage, euchre, dominoes, bridge or a round of many board games.
